Simply Her ™ Refund Policy

We do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges for your Simply Her ™ period care packages, but we're always happy to replace anything that is damaged.

To be eligible for an item replacement, you must contact us on our Contact Us page regarding your damaged item. Someone from our team will then respond and request a photo of the damaged item. Once we have reviewed your proof of purchase and determined your item was damaged due to shipping, we will send you a new item at no additional cost to you. An item replacement will not be granted if original item has obvious signs of use or consumer damage.

Please do not send your package back to the manufacturer as we do not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges.
