How It Works

Monthly subscriptions should never be scary or confusing. We believe in full transparency so here's how it works at Simply Her™. Every month your hand-selected package will arrive to your doorstep with a variety of all natural and organic products that Simply Her™ has chosen to feature. We offer one package with two different options: monthly subscription or one-time purchase. You may choose either option or both, in the event you are subscribing along with purchasing a gift for someone else. If you would like your package delivered according to your menstrual cycle, you will need to create your subscription on a date that coincides with your desired time frame.  

Your monthly subscription recurs every 30 days from the initial date you subscribed. Each package is carefully curated with different products featured every month. Subscriptions are available anytime of the month but to ensure that all packages receive the same amount of love and care, subscriptions completed on or after the 25th of every month will receive the following month's care package. This also applies to one-time purchases. 

*For example: If I sign up for my monthly subscription before August 25th, I understand that I will be charged the day I signed up and on that particular day each month to follow. I understand that I will receive August's featured care package. If I sign up for my monthly subscription on or after August 25th, I understand that I will be charged the day I signed up and on that particular day each month to follow but I will not receive August's featured package. I understand that I will instead receive September's package when September has begun. I also understand that this standard applies to one-time purchases. *This example uses August & September as a way to help reference how the subscriptions will operate. The example is in no way exclusive to just those months and is in fact a guideline to help clarify how all months will operate.

For any questions or concerns regarding how subscriptions and recurring fees are done, please Contact Us before subscribing so you are certain you understand your period care package subscription. We do not provide refunds, returns, or exchanges and are not responsible for subscriptions placed on the wrong dates. Make sure you know when you want your subscription to recur each month so you can sign up accordingly.

If you are purchasing a monthly subscription you will be asked to create your own account before completing checkout. You must do so in order to manage and monitor your own account. Simply Her™ is not responsible for creating or managing your monthly subscription account. It is your sole responsibility to do so. One-time purchasers have the option to create an account to make future orders easier or they may complete the order without signing up for an account.

Once you have subscribed for your Simply Her™ period care package your monthly subscription fee will recur every 30 days from the date of your initial sign up. You can expect your package to be curated and ready to ship within 24 to 96 hours (1 to 4 days) once your order is processed. Once your order has shipped you will receive your shipping confirmation. Please note, delivery and/or receiving your package is dependent upon your subscription date, the shipping option you choose at checkout, and the 24 to 96 hour window mentioned above to ready your package.

Products and items featured on our website are for display purposes only. These products and items may or may not be featured in your package. There is a wide variety of products that change every month by the sole discretion of Simply Her™. For an inside scoop on what products you will personally receive every month and for helpful tips regarding skin, beauty, and health, sign up for the Simply Her™ newsletter. Simply Her™ does not accept responsibility for any allergic reactions that may occur due to product ingredients. It is the responsibility of the consumer to research any and all products before applying. 

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for your period care packages, but we're always more than happy to replace anything that is damaged. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for more information.

Though we would be sad to see you go, you may cancel your subscription at any time. Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for more information.

Signing up for a Simply Her™ monthly subscription and/or purchasing a one time package, means you have agreed to our Terms of Service. You do not hold Simply Her™ accountable for the dates in which your packages arrive as it is dependent upon the date you choose at your initial signup and the shipping option you choose at checkout.
